We offer our dedicated hosting services exclusively to clients who are working with us on their software projects. The reason is simple – by knowing the client’s website inside and out, we can guarantee the reliability of the hosting. Without this knowledge, it’s difficult for us to ensure the availability of the website or store, as we wouldn’t know its components and how they might impact overall functionality. If you have an existing website and are planning a redesign, check out our development services.

The contract is for an indefinite period with a one-month notice period, and the billing cycle is based on your preferences – from one month to up to three years.

We are not a hosting company, and our goal is not to host as many clients’ websites as possible. We offer hosting services exclusively to our current clients who are working with us on software projects. By maintaining a relatively small operational scale, we can offer a level of quality that is unmatched by shared hosting – individuality. “Dedicated support” means that each of our hosting clients is cared for by a designated account manager, whose job is to ensure everything works smoothly from a technical standpoint. Our clients don’t need to educate themselves on hosting-related matters to keep their websites available online 24/7. And if they have any questions, their dedicated support specialist will be happy to answer them.

We do not offer domain-related services, so the costs of domain registration and maintenance are not included in the price of our hosting services. However, support for domain registration for our clients is included in the price.

Our goal is to achieve 100% monthly uptime for all our clients’ websites. We automatically monitor around the clock to ensure that each website loads correctly. If any issues are detected, our team immediately begins the repair process.

The term “bad bots” refers to automated programs or scripts that perform undesirable or harmful actions on the internet. These actions are targeted at websites, with goals including taking control, infecting with viruses, stealing data, altering website content, or misusing server resources.

Our servers have software that regularly scans the plugins installed on our clients’ websites. This software frequently retrieves vulnerability signatures from public databases and, if a security flaw is detected, notifies our technical account managers. After consulting with the client, they carry out the necessary updates and changes.

A firewall is a virtual guardian that protects your service from unwanted visitors. Operating at the level of our servers, it acts as a filter, checking every attempt to connect to your service. If it detects any traffic that may pose a security threat, it immediately blocks it.

You can use the hour of our developers’ time for any tasks on your website, such as changing content and images, structural changes, or visual adjustments. Please note that unused hours do not carry over to the following months. Larger tasks that go beyond the allocated hour should be broken down into smaller tasks or you can take advantage of our dedicated software development services.

We allocate the appropriate computing power from our servers to each website to ensure optimal and efficient performance. Our specialists continuously monitor server resource usage, and if necessary, scaling is done to increase the computing potential of our machines. Unlike typical hosting companies, we do not practice “overselling,” meaning we don’t promise hardware resources that we don’t actually have or host too many websites on one machine. The result of such practices is slow page loading due to insufficient server resources and too many hosted websites.
